Once Covid skips town, HUG everyone you know. Seriously, sit down and create a "hug schedule" and commit to it. Meet a friend on a street corner for an embrace. Drive two hours to hug someone who's been living alone throughout the pandemic. Here's the deal: physical intimacy has been a no-no for over a year. What we've all been through is actually called "affection starvation" and this human condition can prompt anxiety issues and secondary immune disorders.
