Morning Sex? Anyone? Hello?

Pretty Ripe #3 | Morning Sex? Hello? Anyone?

The Kinsey Institute recently reported that 24% of married people are having less frequent sex than they did before the pandemic. Um, duh. The world is dark. People are dying. But maybe if we start our day with an omelet and an orgasm, we'll all feel a little more hopeful? Morning sex, anyone?

Stop rolling your eyes. You may be primed to have better sex--even with yourself--at sunrise than at sunset. Why? Your vagina happens to be more lubricated, thanks to increased blood flow during REM sleep. (That means a more sensitive clitoris. Oh yeah, baby.) Also, women wake up with a surge of the hormone cortisol that boosts energy. Now, brush your teeth and go back to bed.
