This Is Your Brain On Menopause
We all agree that shit gets real in your 40s, when your hormones start to go haywire and you forget why you walked into the kitchen...for the fifth time. But science and the health care industry owe us more research about how our brains actually alter throughout the pre and post-menopausal cycle, from the onset of hot flashes to the end of our periods. What we do know is the cognitive hiccups and "brain fog" go away after our system regulates to the lack of estrogen and progesterone. (Also, not smoking cigs and working out will help with symptoms.) If you're feeling totally adrift as your hormones ebb, reach out to me via email or Insta. I can talk you off the proverbial ledge. We will all get through this tricky time--and be even better for it.
