GOP To Women: Quit Your Whining. Get A Gun.

In breaking news, 172 Republicans in the House shot down the Violence Against Women Act last night. (You would think the recent slaying of seven women at Atlanta massage parlors and the inherent anti-Asian sexism and racism of the crime might affect the GOP's votes. Nah.) The new act--known as "VAWA"--extends to the LGBTQIA community and prohibits anyone convicted of stalking from purchasing firearms. All good initiatives, right? Not according to Georgia's House rep Marjorie Taylor Greene, who said, "If you want to protect women, make sure women are gun owners and know how to defend themselves." Nah.
